Returns & Refund Policy

At Change Buddy, we want you (and your child) to feel great about every purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it better.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used plushies or trackers

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at change.buddy.2@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if relevant)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
